As soon as the form has been received, we will contact you to arrange a meeting at your earliest convenience. Please bring with you:

• 2 passport photos (colour) of applicant
• Copy of Passport of applicant and parents/guardians (photo page only)
• Copy of KITAS (if available)
• Copy of last term's school report
• Certificate/statement of attendance from current school
• Copy of applicant's Health Record Card/Immunisation Card.
