School Hours

• Pre-school: 8:45 - 2:30pm
• Reception, Years 1 and 2: 8.30 - 2.30pm
• Years 3 and 4: 8.30 - 3:20pm, except Friday (2.30pm finish, after Assembly)
• Years 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11*: 8.30 - 3205pm

* Some classes for IGCSE (Years 10 and 11) may be outside normal school hours.

House Sports

• Years 3 and 4 have House sport activities on Tuesday from 2:15 to 3:20pm
• Years 5 and 6 have House sport activities on Thursday from 2:15 to 3:20pm
• Years 7, 8 and 9 have House sport activities on Friday from 2:15 to 3:20pm

BSSA Sport

Bali Schools' Sports Association (BSSA) fixtures are generally played on Wednesday afternoons in Terms 1, 2 and 3, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. Teams that travel to other schools usually return to CCS after 4:30pm.

After School Activities

• After School Activities for Years 1 and 2 are held from 2:40 to 3:30pm
• After School Activities for Years 3 to 9 are held from 3:25 to 4:15pm

Assemblies

Assemblies provide an opportunity for classes and other pupil groups within the School to gain public speaking and performance skills. Music, dramatic performances, recitals and other demonstrations of learning activities provide an opportunity to showcase pupils’ efforts.

Teachers present certificates for achievement and effort to pupils who have shown progress during the previous week. At the final assembly of each term, teachers award special certificates to pupils in their class for outstanding achievement or progress throughout that term. Parents are always very welcome to join our Assemblies.

• Assemblies are held each Friday, with three per term being Whole School Assemblies from 1:45 to 2:20pm, in the MFH.
• Early Years and Junior School have a combined Assembly from 1:45 to 2:20pm on all other Fridays, in the MFH from 1:45 to 2:20pm.
• Middle School has an Assembly in the MFH from 8:45 to 9:15am, in the MFH, in the weeks when there is not a Whole School Assembly.
